Bongo Spares

Story

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bongo Spares on a total e-commerce website rebuild for their one-of-a-kind Mazda Bongo workshop based in the beautiful Calder Valley here in Yorkshire! 🚐

Their brief to me was super simple and made me chuckle—make it look really good! I had much more to contend with however, migrating over 400 product listings away from their very dated and tired Wordpress website and ensuring the brand received a visual overhaul that was well overdue.

Result

Here’s what I did:

  • Completely streamlined their user journey, sitemap and page structure so services and info can be found easily.

  • Improved their existing brand identity with a new font and expanded the colour palette.

  • Designed each page from scratch to suit their content and styled all common elements, just for them.

  • Added all their info, lots of ace new images and supported them with getting hundreds of products listed!

  • Technical support to get things connected, working and live.

The site is built on the Squarespace platform which will provide a great shopping and checkout experience for Bongo customers, as well as making things easier to use for the office and workshop team when they fulfil orders.

The client was super happy with the result and so was I! This was a large project so I worked really closely with the client over a number of months to ensure all their needs were met and that they were supported throughout the process.

If you’re into vans, give the new website a visit and check out what these guys can do bongospares.co.uk
